Natalie Perks
Managing Director
Natalie has over 20 years Human Resource Management and learning and development experience, the majority of which were whilst operating at Management Board level.  She has extensive experience in employment law, strategic HR planning, HR auditing as well as the provision of practical and pragmatic HR management, support and advice.   She has delivered many seminars and training programmes in HR and leadership related subjects.  She has a business degree and is member of the CIPD.

Ian Perks
John Grocott
Training Consultant
      ​An​​ Energy Management expert, John has worked extensively throughout Europe and the US.  He has significant training experience having delivered programmes for a large global company.

John also has wide-ranging experience in quality management and has managed teams in excess of 35 staff.

Ian is a mathematician and engineer by training who has been invloved in a staff association for a large organisation for a number of years.  

He brings experience of employment relations, organisational restructures, consultations and mediation, many of which are at a strategic level.

   ​A committed development practitioner, Simon passionately believes in the benefits delivered to organisations and individuals by the work he does.  His combination of energy, insight and professional approach is engaging and productive.

Simon has been involved in learning and development for 20 years during which time he has helped several large national and international organisations.  He brings experience, knowledge and skills from a range of fields and works with clients throughout the design and delivery phases of projects.

As well as a BSc Hons, Simon is a qualified coach and a Accredited Practitioner of the Institute for Outdoor Learning.
   ​Mike has over 10 years’ experience delivering high quality training.   He has run courses in topics ranging from continuous improvement, complex statistics to creative thinking.  

He is a certified Master Black Belt and a CIPD qualified coach.​  Mike has a degree in chemistry from University College Oxford and a Masters in Forensic Science from Strathclyde.

   ​​​   Steve is a fully qualified CIPD practitioner with many years of broad, cross-sector experience gained in all sizes of organisation and at all levels, from senior positions with global matrix organisations to well-known nationals and smaller regional companies.

He has the ability to operate at a strategic and transactional level and is very commercially focused with all his solutions.

Steve has  comprehensive HR experience which encompasses career management, leadership development, organisational restructure and transformation, industrial and employee relations and performance management. 

   ​​   Lisa is passionate about inspiring change through coaching development and business management support. Since setting up her own consultancy business in 2007, Lisa recognised that many clients could benefit from coaching support to help them gain clarity on how they wish to authentically live and work. Now offering a portfolio of specialist wellness coaching along with lifestyle and business coaching, this continues to strengthen Lisa's business offering.

As a trained Pinpoint facilitator and with a background in business management, Lisa has a keen eye for detail and organisation, and enjoys supporting clients through project management or exploring that the best working methods and solutions are in place to support their operational needs.
Dianne Keavey
Health and Safety and QM Consultant
   ​​   Dianne has over 25 years of experience in business and administration covering the public, private and not-for-profit sectors, and is qualified to honours degree level in Public Administration.

In Health & Safety she has a NEBOSH Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety (with Credit),  IOSH Managing Safety and IOSH Workforce Involvement in Health & Safety qualified, and has specialised in risk assessment and fire safety management, as well as having a particular interest in creating a healthy working environment for staff members.

​Dianne is also a qualified internal Quality Management Systems Auditor.
